Delete your SteadSense account

The fastest way is inside the app: My Stead → Export or delete my data. There you can see exactly what will be removed before you confirm, and you can cancel afterwards.

If you have already uninstalled SteadSense, submit your email address below and we will record your request.

What deletion removes

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Any homestead you are the only member of — its records, plantings, animals, journal entries, and photos.
• A homestead you share with other people is not deleted. You are removed from it and your name comes off your entries; their records stay theirs.

Timing

Deletion is scheduled 30 days ahead. Your account keeps working during that time and you can cancel it from inside the app. After 30 days the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Take your records first

Sign in and use My Stead → Export or delete my data, and export before you delete. The export is a complete machine-readable copy of your household's records, it is free on every plan, and once deletion completes it cannot be produced again.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Play Store subscription. Cancel that through the store, or it will keep renewing.
